What an interesting idea!

That is a truly awesome piece. What is the story?

How much would a tattoo like this cost? It looks amazing and so peaceful, but I imagine it must be awfully expensive. I was looking forward to getting a tattoo similar to this, but in Khmer language.

To me, this is a lifelong investment. As most "pricey" tattoo parlors will tell you, "you get what you pay for." So, in essence, it's better to take a long time to get a product if you don't have much money, than it is to find the best deal.

When choosing my artist, I didn't know his rates. Only his ability, and his attitude towards doing my piece. I haven't had much money due to the writer's strike, so I haven't had it touched up, but soon hopefully I'll do another few hours.

Best wishes on your piece, and don't worry about prices. It can always be done in stages.
